Returns & Exchanges

Aimé Leon Dore accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and tag-attached merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided return packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any return shipping fees.
